I have been working in automotive industries for 23 years. Started off as an operator, with in one year I moved up to lead. Went to Germany for training. From there moved up to lead tooling technician. Was in that position for ten years. All this was at American Boa Inc. I left America Boa and went to Elring Klinger as a maintenance technician. Been there from April 2018 to present. I have learned alot in this position. hydraulics, pneumatic, and robotics. These things with my experience in tooling and production, I think helps me have better understanding of the whole manufacturing process. Also with my experience with leadership skills allows me to help with the younger leads starting off by giving them advice.
