As an entrepreneur passionate about social impact, I focus on leading ventures that bridge mental health care and sports leadership. I am a Director for Kutoa Project, a nonprofit dedicated to providing trauma-informed mental health services to youth and caregivers in Kenya. Our programs focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma, using evidence-based approaches and training programs aimed at educating and empowering those we serve. Through Kutoa, we aim to reduce mental health stigma, empower communities, and provide hope. We offer individual counseling, healing groups, and training programs that create long-lasting support systems in Kenya and East Africa.In addition, I am a founder of the Ohio Valley Premier League (OVPL), a regional amateur soccer league that provides year-round competitive opportunities for men and women. The OVPL fosters continued player development, local club support, and community through sports while promoting accessibility and affordability for teams in the Ohio Valley (IN, KY, OH, PA, WV) region. Our impact is to create a platform for aspiring collegiate athletes to develop and showcase their talent.With over 20 years of experience in mental health and sports leadership, I am driven by a vision to create empowered, resilient communities.
