Helped to bring Los Monitos to St. Raphael and continue as St. Raphael’s full-time Spanish Teacher and has grown a 3 day a week program to a 5 day a week program in 3 years. Designed & produced the Spanish Curriculum for gradesK-8th in Spanish and helped in creating a the same programs for K-3rd in German, Italian, French, & Chinese Developed a Smart Board based Curriculum for grades K-8th to facilitate Distance Learning.Hired and trained all new children teachers for all Los Monitos core languages. Created all advertising literature for Children’s Programs.Managed enrollment, teachers, pricing, scheduling & special eventsObtained numerous new accounts for Los Monitos.Created, grew & directed a multi-language Children’s Program for ages 3-17.

Upon hire 1st objective was to grow the then dwindling boys program and in a year tripled its size.Handled all special events and promotion for the Boys Program.Reinvigorated the Boys Competitive Program and led them to an undefeated season in 2007 & 2008.Summer of 2009 stepped down as Department leader but stayed on as a head coach.

Started as assistant coach for basic pre-school classes and advanced, becoming the director of the men’s and co-director of the women’s competitive programs.Dealt closely with parents and students to help generate excitement about boy’s gymnastics. resulting in the development of the men’s program by bringing in new customers.Successfully directed summer camps that brought new students in to the program.
