In my role as Senior Director of Franchise Operations, I lead operational strategy and execution for a network of franchise locations, ensuring each shop meets brand standards while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Greater Atlanta Area

• Responsible for sales, operations, and management for this Atlanta based franchise group of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop; there are currently four locations in the EPS portfolio and growing• Responsible for P&L and budget management by increasing sales revenue and maximizing gross margin percentages• Responsible for B2B marketing while opening stores from the ground up for this franchise concept to a brand-new region• Responsible for generating catering sales including but not limited to cold calling, negotiating orders, marketing, and maintaining accounts as large as Kennesaw State University and hospital systems • Responsible for fully training the EPS franchise group in addition to non-EPS Franchisee Partners across the East Coast as directed by Capriotti’s corporate• Leads team building, training, and supervision of a staff of 25• Successfully maintains a Top 5% score in Guest Service company wide• Hand selected as a training site for Capriotti’s menu testing, service standards, and construction layouts to improve efficiency across the brand• Maintains a food cost of 29% and instituted new menu practices to lower it from the Capriotti’s brand average of 31.5%• Responsible for 78% SMG customer satisfaction score serving as the highest rating brand wide• Responsible for growing sales 46.4% in 2019 which was the highest growth brand wide• Grew 11.6% in sales from previous year during COVID pandemic procedural changes in 2020• Increased EBITDA 4.7% from previous year• Grew sales of each store to over $1M totaling $4.47M of all four EPS stores combined• Received Manager of the Year from Capriotti’s corporate in 2018 and 2019• Received Franchise Partners of the Year in 2020

• Led front and back of house operation for this Atlanta-based operator and franchiser of over 430 Hooters locations in 28 countries; this privately held corporation owns 160 units• Responsible for P&L and budget management• Responsibilities included preparing bonus budgets, bonus reconciliations, payroll duties, and vendor management of four food vendors and eight liquor vendors• Worked directly with the corporate office on numerous different tests ongoing to better the efficiency of Hooters resulting in the highest quality service amongst Hooters worldwide• Led team building, training, and supervision of a staff of 40

• Assisted with the training and marketing of a new franchise to the Atlanta market• Responsible for P&L and for sales of $1.6MM per year• Improved financial performance by reducing labor by 4.1% and cost of goods by 3.2%

• Responsible for leading and training for a team of 40 employees for this family-friendly casual dining restaurant with more than 25 locations across the Southeast• Additionally, served as a new restaurant opener and troubleshot multiple locations across the Greater Atlanta area to improve performance and sales• Responsible for preparing bonus budgets, bonus reconciliations, payroll duties, and vendor management of four food vendors and 10 liquor vendors • Managed and promoted guest satisfaction for improved customer loyalty and dining frequency• Maintained and established a liquor cost of 25.1% and a food cost of 34.2% while maintaining a labor of 16.8-17.2%• Previously served as Server, Bartender and Trainer before being promoted to Assistant Manager
