Established common operating picture that tracks all deployment and redeployment efforts, division movements, current Fire Restrictions and division training efforts, resulting in the synchronization of over 14,000 Soldiers and a 50% reduction in unclaimed time for reserved training ranges.• Project Lead for the 75th D-Day Commemoration Ceremony; conducted complex coordination between US and European Forces and several French leaders, developed the 4ID order that directed 2nd Brigade to seamlessly execute the mission of representing 4th Infantry Division on the world stage. Attendees included The President of the United States, German Chancellor and the President of France.

Tackled the issue by upgrading the Active Component Manning Category (ACMC) for USAREUR HQ from Essential Force Category (80-90% strength) to Urgent Force Category (100% strength). All efforts had to be aligned, personnel analyst completed, and cost benefits weighed and measured before approval was given.

Negotiated with both US and international contractors, authored the change of request, developed comprehensive schedule, determined the budget, established the milestones and coordinated joint support, resulting in the construction of a campus facility to house over 2,000 personnel. Facilities included, 4 barracks, 5 administration buildings, an Exchange store, 10 classrooms, 2 dining facilities, groundwater well, fuel points and a WWTP, at an estimated cost of $40 million. These negotiations occurred during times of financial scrutiny and resulted in the full construction.• Thinking outside the box, created a Regional Corps Battle School (RCBS) manning document and coordinated with KMTC (Kabul Military Training Center) to provide the means to independently develop junior leaders, instructors and trainers, as well as meet the additional demands of the RCBS training concept.• Project Lead for the national literacy training initiative for Regional Command-South (RC-S). Defined the scope, allocated necessary resources and developed international relationship with an Afghan Literacy College to provide initial instructors. This complex effort resulted in the certification of over 140 literacy instructors for the Afghan National Army.

The PR&C process provided 1-124 IN with only 12 Whelen Lights (external vehicular lighting system) for a 185 vehicle Fleet. By thinking outside of the box and utilizing the SSA, was able to procure an additional 173 Whelen lights (external vehicular lighting system).• Managed the property accountability of equipment worth over $110 million, ensuring maintenance and services were projected, scheduled and completed on time in an austere environment.• Tasked with managing the Battalion movement of 900 Soldiers to and from Kuwait. Oversaw all equipment inventories, developed the complex movement plan for over 500 pieces of equipment, coordinated flights, gained country and Theater clearance and ensured entire Battalion movement was executed with zero defaults.
