After nearly twenty years in property, I decided to take a friends' advice and offer other property professionals or consumers my advice for a fee rather than an opinion. Having succesfully advised friends, family and even random people at various social events, and after having saved most of them tens of thousands of pounds over the last few decades, I thought he may have a point. Ranging from front end consumer selling and buying advice including expert unbiased opinion on which agent to use in any given town, distressed sale advice, difficulty in sale acheivement and how to combat it, through to advising on cash buying companies and land and new homes developers and their pitfalls, motives and tactics.On a corporate level, having succesfully been an integral part of designing the content and organising publicity for one of the very first market leading, self listing property websites, I feel well placed to offer opinion and advice on website layout and content and general 'feel' of estate agencies to the public. The site in question went on to be bought by a market leading independent estate agency chain within twelve months.I also offer unbiased mystery shop opinions on exisiting estate agency performance and staff, and for small independent chains of five or less offices, an intimate training day geared towards getting the best results from small but proactive sales teams. This is not based on any fancy training techniques, but just doing the basics extremely well.
