I am a highly experienced Senior Business and Operations Manager in a Financial Services regulated environment. Lead cross functional operations of circa 200 people handling Remedial activity for a Financial Services provider. Significant Project & Program experience leading the Operational delivery of multi million pound remediations spanning over a 3-5 year period with budget provisions of up to £20m. My project and program delivery experience spans across Prince2, Waterfall and Agile methodology and adapts based on business strategic requirements.
