Responsible for in store, carry out, pick up & delivery orders. Cook pizzas, pastas, make subs and salads. Responsible for cleaning cooking areas, as well as all utensils used for cooking. Night shift manager and train new hires. Responsible for tracking nightly sales, closing, ordering of ingredients and supplies.

Receive weekly shipment; process boxes off truck into store, making sure shipment team open boxes and unpacks merchandise quick and efficiently while maintaining a good UPH (units per hour). Responsible for keeping track of store inventory. Responsible for keeping stock room organized, clean and all inventory is accurately recorded by all employees. Train new hires for shipment. Maintaining high brand standards and procedures on each shift. Working closely with the management team to help grow the business. Managing and coaching team members to consistently deliver excellent customer service. Maximizing sales on every shift.
