 Responsible for 11 locations in the North Alabama district and over 80 employees. Accountable for all company policies, procedures, staffing requirements, marketing and training.  Performed a minimum of two audits per month for each location.  Assured all stores followed Alabama State banking procedures. Approved sales of repossessions to maintain profit and loss for each location. Assisted Store Managers by approving appraisals of vehicles to secure loans. Worked with Corporate construction to assure maintenance of all buildings being leased or owned. Opened 20 plus locations from the ground up (example: buildings, leases, licenses, staffing and equipment). Worked directly with Legal Department regarding bankruptcies, fraudulent activities and customer complaints.
