.Principal Responsibilities:· Working with internal and external partners to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate tradeshows and customer-facing meetings in North America.· Working with Customer & Innovation Programs & Events team and Marketing Communications Manager and third party vendors to coordinate logistics and deliverables for tradeshows, including booking booth and meeting space, creation of registration pages and badges, managing housing, packing and sending exhibition material from the warehouse and returning exhibition materials to the warehouse.· Working with third party vendors to oversee contract negotiations, space planning, booth design, lighting, and graphics.· Working with third party vendors to arrange space, literature, hotels, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling of the exhibit; and planning and coordinating the routing of exhibits. · Travel to and support of onsite execution and management of key tradeshows and events, including show set-up and take-down, as needed.· Tracking expenses and assist in complete financial reconciliation.· Ensuring processing of show leads and distribution to sales force.· Maintaining show schedules, project tools and checklist, and processes.· Maintaining detailed tradeshow and events calendar. · Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tradeshow/event materials including but not limited to tradeshow booths, sales collateral, and promotional items. · Coordinating with show attendees to ensure leads are captured, reported, and appropriately followed up on in a timely manner after events. · Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, and to taking reasonable care of their own health and safety at work and of all other staff. · Counsel customer program & event managers, marketing communications managers, and business partners on use of approved third party vendors.
