As the Department Head of Custom Roofing at Baker Roofing Company, I oversee all aspects of residential custom roofing projects, from design and fabrication to installation and estimation. I have more than 20 years of experience in the custom roofing industry, working with various copper ornamental products, Custom roofing materials such as slate, tile, cedar of all types, most all types of metal roofing. My core competencies include contract negotiation, customer service, construction management, pricing, sales, and strategic planning. I have a strong education background as a journeyman sheet metal worker from the local 124 union. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative roofing solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I also enjoy training and mentoring new employees, and collaborating with contractors and other stakeholders.The Residential Custom Roofing experience has given me the opportunities that few get to be a part of and appreciate all that I've been a part of and look forward to more.
