I am a Senior Systems Administrator that is always looking for new opportunities and continually expanding my knowledge and capabilities to manage and support a company's physical and virtual infrastructure including VMware virtualization, enterprise storage solution, backup environment, Windows servers, network communications, cyber security, and business applications.I have spent many years in various roles at different levels and organizations. I always find myself elevated to leadership positions on my team. I am a career changer that started out in a first level help desk position and quickly moved up to a Desktop Support role where I developed my skills and expertise. I then moved up to Tier 2 positions where my trouble shooting skills and knowledge of systems and infrastructure set me up to move in to the Systems Admin role. From there my ability to adapt and to lead have propelled me to a Senior Admin.As a Senior Systems Administrator now, I am constantly balancing between managing my company's current infrastructure and improving it by learning new processes, technologies, and techniques. I also use my skills and knowledge to train new employees and mentor existing colleagues to perform and excel as I have done.
