Growing up, Jason and his family moved constantly throughout his childhood encouraging him to become independent and resilient at a very young age.In his early teens, he settled in Queensland and quickly developed an interest in cars after being introduced to them by his brother in law.He soon learnt how to use air tools, rebuild engines and rebuild cars which sparked Jason’s passion for intricate and technical work.With this newfound passion, it wasn’t long before he landed his first job with a local medical manufacturing company and worked his way up to become the Foreman at just 17 years old.After feeling as if he had achieved everything he wanted to, Jason started looking for his next big opportunity and that’s when he came across Techenomics, a Condition Monitoring company.Never shying away from a challenge, Jason worked hard to learn what was needed for him to properly monitor equipment to improve reliability.Soon he was looking after sampling the mobile fleet, fuel, lubricant storage facility, wash plant lubrication, greasing bearings and replacing oils.At the peak of his career, unfortunately Jason was then forced to take a year off to recover after having heart surgery.Once he was back on his feet he was headhunted by Anglomoil for the role of Account Executive where he honed his craft on oil specifications.A few years later, Jason’s true passion for lubricants and condition monitoring led him to return to Techenomics in 2018 as the Australian Operations Manager.To rejoin the mission of assisting customers around the world with maintenance reliability issues to reduce costs and improve quality, irrespective of industry.
