This includes the oversight and management of production goals while adhering to grant requirements. Additionally, the Program Manager provides supervision and guidance in daily operations while coordinating a safety program that ensures a work environment conducive to employee safety.

Through the State of Vermont Weatherization Program and partnerships with organizations such as Efficiency VT, client homes visited would be evaluated for energy saving installs. "Coaching" would include educating clients in best practices to be successful in reducing energy in their homes and the importance of weatherization. The coach would communicate the benefits the client would receive, the rights of the client through this process and set clear expectations for all parties involved. This role also includes the identification of larger energy saving installs that would benefit the client. This would included Cold Climate Heat Pumps, Heat Pump Water Heaters, Wood / Pellet Stoves, Appliance Replacements and Custom Measures specific to the client's home and energy consumption.
