• Developed a land budget for title and acquisition (lease & fee) in California and drafted a base oil and gas lease approved by counsel for bolt on acreage leasing.
• Completed nearly $500,000 acquisition of working interest ownership and over $100,000 of rollup royalty acquisitions.
• Reviewed joint operating agreements, and approved over 400 AFE’s. Sent out over 200 consent requests to non-op partners and interest holders.
• Assisted Senior Vice President on a special project of entitling over 40 acres in the City of Santa Fe Springs for 200,000+ sq. ft. commercial use and was in the final stages of title clearance
