My responsibilities as a Lead Trainer include devising and planning an agenda for 6 different workshops based on user experience and functionality and conduct training in a class room environment with users from various backgrounds. Worked on-site with clients in order to provide a Salesforce solution to their needs and requirements while understanding their needs as a company. It is my role to develop a suitable Salesforce training agenda for the 6 separate days of public training. This includes the development of a standardised training agenda for each day that can be conducted by myself or by the other trainers. As this is Public training I had to ensure that this is a uniformed agenda and that the workflow succeeds in providing the necessary information to the attendees regardless of their experience. These include such features as Campaign management and Sales processes.My role as a Consultant has seen me travel to several dozen companies over the last 2 years. While on site with the client I gather their requirements and identify the gaps in their business in regards to their use of Salesforce. This may involve an introduction of a new feature or providing a complete understanding of a feature not used to it full potential. Once I have identified the issues and requirements I then propose a complete solution which may involve custom configuration and/or further training which I conducted on site with an agenda specifically aimed at their business.

Conducted both personal and group sessions training for a range of users from beginners to advanced users using certified Apple training techniques over a range of software platforms. Additionally I provided a complete technical solutions to customers with hardware issues. As a technician at Apple it was my role to provide expertise in identifying problems and errors with Apples hardware. I was then to explain to the client how we correct the issue by providing a complete solution to their problem. This involved training the client on how to better use the device and/or servicing the device and replacing parts or updating software.As a trainer at Apple on a daily basis I was met with customers with various learning requirements. I took these requirements and created a training agenda that was used in order to teach and encourage the user to use the system/software. My experience is in both one to one sessions and delivering set agendas to a group audience. My communication skills were the key to success in this role and the ability to adapt to a user’s queries and concerns shows my excellent interpersonal skills. With each customer came a new and potential unique challenge, it was my pleasure to truly empower the client in order for them to reach their full potential with whatever they wanted to achieve.
