I managed help desk and automation support to include Active Directory maintenance, Outlook support and maintenance, and Video Teleconference Calls support. I am also responsible for the operation and maintenance of SOF Deployable Nodes (SDNs) that provide NIPR, SIPR, and grey network access through satellite communications to various different users in the USSOCOM community. Lastly, I'm responsible for enterprise-level networking to ensure stable communications between SDNs and the USSOCOM termination points.

I supervised help desk and automation functions, to include Active Directory maintenance, Outlook support and maintenance, server maintenance and backup, and Video Teleconference Calls support. I was the sole SIPRnet admin for the 16th Sustainment BDE, comprised of over 1200 users, during this time, ensuring no cross domain violations happened during my tenure there. Additionally, I was one of 2 trusted agents for the entire 16th Sustainment BDE that administered SIPR tokens through the PKI program.

I performed basic help desk and automation support to include Active Directory maintenance, Outlook support and maintenance, server maintenance and backup, and Video Teleconference Calls support. Additionally, I worked on radios as a Radio Telephone Operator for my unit leading up to and during my deployment to OEF 11-12 using and maintaining ASIPS, SINCGARS, and MBTRs.
