• Serve as the front-line admissions contact for the Law School’s high-volume JD Admissions Office. Manage the general Admissions email account and phone, answering a broad variety of questions from various constituents (including prospective students, current students and alumni) regarding the Law School, its programs and the admissions process. Manage the general mailbox for the Carey JD/MBA Program.• Maintain a working knowledge of the admissions software database (ACES2). Track and process the receipt of required documentation for applicants, admitted students, and deposited students.• Schedule and organize all admissions interviews, including interviews for Early Decision, Transfer, and JD/MBA applicants. Create extensive and personalized agenda for all individual admitted student visits and serve as the visiting student’s liaison during their time on campus. Schedule all waitlist informational meetings over the summer months. Personally host a portion of those one-on-one meetings with the waitlisted applicants. • Represent Penn Carey Law at multiple prospective student recruiting events, including Penn Carey Law run Open House Office Hours, undergraduate Law School Fairs and various other in person and digital forums. Structure and lead small to large group tours for both admitted JD and LLM students.• Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment and the Executive Director of Admissions on post-acceptance student matching and outreach. Assist in creating diverse and intimate connections for our admitted students with members of the Penn Carey Law community and initiate direct contact with the admitted student.• Collaborated in a team structure to ensure a smooth transition of communication to a work-from-home environment while having an unprecedented increase in applications.

• Coordinated and interviewed all incoming Community Connections referrals from enhanced partners in Philadelphia. Acted as a PA CareerLink ambassador at career fairs and recruitments. Developed and implemented an online database system for the Community College of Philadelphia participants.• Implemented registration procedures to enhance career seekers employment goals. Conducted PA Careerlink participant interviews encompassing employment, advancement, retention, and PA state eligibility assessments.

• Helped open and structure new state of the art facility in Taylor, PA. Supervised the hiring process of both mechanical and sales staff. Built relations with new national and local accounts through brand outreach, Ensured quality control of product and services rendered at new location.• Oversaw daily activities and held strong communication between management and sales team.
