Reverse Logistics Supervisor Ensure each customer is getting complete credit for the product being returned and make sure the returning product goes through the necessary processes in order for it to be returned to the warehouse as finished product for future orders.Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of team leads, line leads, and associated staff. Manage all department functions including payroll, Human Resources, issuing daily reports to management, disciplinary actions, and promotions. Ensure that budgeted staff is maintained, positioned, and performing at maximum efficiency as well as adequate training of all assigned personnel and development of employee skills in the area of responsibility. Ensures efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials. Observe and initiate action reducing risk and errors. Implement new equipment, processes, methods, and training programs. Review, revise, and develop departmental procedures. Set goals and performance standards. Coordinate meetings to promote safety, quality, and general operating information. Any other duties assigned by the manager or director of Returns and Distribution.
