- Supported the development of the ministry's long-term capital plan ($50+B in projects over ten years)- Led the development of the ministry’s multi-year capital planning submissions and coordinates the in-year Treasury Board submission process. This includes working with program areas and partner agencies to develop business cases and financing strategies- Managed a team of Financial Analysts to provide strategic financial support to program areas in all aspects of the fiscal planning cycle.- Provided strategic financial advice and leadership to program areas, including confidential advice to senior level executives, to enable effective decision-making and buy-in by Senior Management and central agencies
