Responsible for expanding the enrollment of FAC's ESOL Adult Education Workforce Development Program. By researching demographic data, and connecting Immigrant centered Community Based Organizations, I developed a focused strategy for community outreach. It was also my responsibility to pilot this strategy, leading to me attending community events and creating presentations for potential partners and community organizations. The work culminated in an institutional document for FAC to reference when conducting future outreach initiatives.In addition to the outreach fieldwork, I assisted the Career Navigator with case work for Students already enrolled in the Sunset Park Bridge Program.

Lead weekly printmaking and drawing classes for a community of Olders whose personal experiences included immigrating to the United States from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The classes drew on the Students memories and lived experiences, incorporating popular music of their youth, events of the Lunar Calendar, the changing seasons, and favorite recipes.
