I have spent many years putting people first. Whether it is the team that I support, the leader that I look up to, or the customers I have served. Solving problems for people, both the ones they have identified, or those they weren't aware of, has been my passion. In my most recent role, I have been afforded the opportunity to build the strategy that I spent years executing on. This has allowed me to gain an immense number of skills that I didn't know I had. From Business strategy to sales enablement, to cross-functional relationships, my career has flourished now having the skills from vision, all the way to execution. The growth my organization has realized from my years of understanding what the customer and our employees want has been significant. In the 3+ years in my current role, building strategy with the customer in mind, we have taken our In-home sales channel from $1B to over $4B.I look forward to the next chapter in my career. The skills and passion I possess for growth and unlocking human potential will be an asset to any organization.
