Duties included:• Completing assigned tasks accurately and thoroughly, and within a specified time-frame in order to detect (and report in a timely manner) bugs, software flaws and/or design issues;• Adhering to EA security procedures; take responsibility for equipment and software security while maintaining a high level of confidentiality;• Working as part of a team to achieve targets both individually and as part of a team;Skills developed: • A high-level of communication with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds used to ensure tasks were completed on time and that all issues discovered within the title were known by the whole team and were reported immediately;• The ability to work independently in a proactive fashion, while still ensuring all group targets were met;• Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline;• A high level of experience and understanding of first party requirements, both functional and compliance.

Duties included:• Taking control of classrooms which included children from varied backgrounds who would sometimes find it difficult to maintain focus;• Teaching English to students with a varying levels of proficiency;• Working closely with colleagues to ensure all student targets were met and that the bilingual programme, of which I was a part was utilised as effectively as possible.Skills developed: • A high-level of communication with colleagues and students with a varying levels of English to ensure all criteria were met and all tasks completed efficiently and effectively;• The ability to adapt to working with children from a variety of different backgrounds.• Efficient time-management to ensure all targets are met with regards to the curriculum.

Duties included:• Providing a high-standard of polite and efficient service to customers;• Stock taking activities such as managing deliveries, shop-floor replenishment, etc.• An unofficial assistant-manager’s role within the department during a period when there was no assistant manager and the manager wasn’t present.Skills developed:• A high-level of communication skills through interaction with a variety of customers - including dealing effectively and patiently with difficult customers;• An efficient method of working which helped to achieve targets and perform well under the high-pressure sales environment;• The ability to supervise, encourage and pass experience onto less experienced colleagues;• Highly effective time-management in order to complete all necessary tasks during often limited time periods.
