 Manage Area Development on multiple projects within the Disney Resort portfolio including;  Demolition, clearing, required pond compensation, site grade balance, existing utility relocation, new utility installation, SWPPP, dewatering, FDEP compliance and tracking, Landscape and irrigation, tree relocation, all phases of road construction, aquatic features, resort development criteria, maintaining Resort Operations and security, design review, RFI and Submittal review, change order review, and pay application review  Horizontal civil construction expert property wide providing peer review during design phases for current projects  Oversight of General Contractor and sub-trades to maintain safety, quality assurance, schedule and budget  Project specific coordination representative with Reedy Creek Improvement District Planning and Engineering and Reedy Creek Engineering Services survey, wastewater, electric, natural gas, and solid waste

 Manage multiple concurrent Commercial/ Residential Site Development and Roadway projects  Maintain schedules and budgets, change order/RFI initiation and tracking, material ordering, coordination and planning of daily activities for crews and subcontractors  Representative for meetings with property owners, general contractors, local municipalities, residents and business owners  Monitor and assure proper employee use of company resources  Safety Assurance Coordinator  Maintenance of Traffic Supervisor
