After starting and finishing my Apprenticeship at the Canberra International Hotel on Northbourne Ave under "The friendly German" Oliver Boucher and finishing my Apprenticeship under German Master Chef Wolfgang, I traveled to refine my craft.I love cooking today as much as I did all those years ago and having been in kitchen since I was 13 when I started in kitchens, before and after school it has been along time.I started Coyote Catering in 2002 at the Gungahlin Raiders Club, we have since moved twice and grown with each move, catering to the Canberra market for 16+ years and having the Coyote name that as one that offers trust, convenience and confidence to our clients has been a great road to travel with many lessons along the way.Word of mouth is great and something we take very seriously and we are proud of how our clients, team and friends describe our family owned and operated company. 16+ years is a big achievement in any industry and giving opportunities to our team and an enjoyable work place is another great achievement for Coyote. We always look forward to what is around the corner and can’t wait for the trail to lead us to what ever is next, life is short as the old saying goes, so live now be brave, strong and always give to others is my belief.
