At MassMutual I continued to build my career in IT management leading a team of 35 direct reports. A focus on process improvement using LEAN tools and team building led to several new accomplishments including drastic improvements in team performance, introduction of automation, and several cost savings initiatives.

I started at Umass as a supervisor overseeing systems administration tier 1 operations and patching. I was quickly promoted to team lead where I managed my replacement as well as the tier 2 systems administration team. I was responsible for contract maintenance and overall health of systems. I have recently been promoted to team lead of systems.

• My role with CSC is constantly evolving. It started with performing data migrations and has grown to include the following current responsibilities:
• Relocations Team Lead - Oversee the relocation process for Pratt&Whitney and UTC corporate BUs. Manage direct reports. Monitor SLAs. Plan large relocations. Monitor and maintain Remedy queues.
• Special Projects Lead - Work with PMs, vendors and other departments as necessary. Assemble, and train a team for tasks and see the tasks through to completion.
• Provide training on new internal systems via web meeting for AMER account employees and in person for on-site personnel.
• Leading my department towards ACE Supplier Gold status.
• Provide coverage for other team leads when needed.
