• Mentored leaders and young people, led team meetings and weekly group meetings, activities, produced teaching curriculum, organised retreats, leadership development within the church, updated and maintained databases of participants and contact information. Provided crucial stewardship and stability to the team during a gap in local leadership.• Project Management & Operations: budgeting & expenses, identification of construction and service projects, and preparing for 8 service teams a year including scheduling, accommodation, transport, and food.

• Communications: weekly production of bulletin detailing events, activities and important information; website & social media maintenance; regular site administration, written publications through company website and social platforms; graphic design of event leaflets and digital publications.• Data Processing: database maintenance, processing member information, ability to process personal data in a confidential manner, implementing governmental policy (GDPR) and supervising its continued protocol. Under my direction the church went from violating GDPR policy to being 100% GDPR compliant.• Administration: processing member information, correspondence, scheduling, liaising with organisation leaders & diary management.
