Throughout my career at NASA's Wallops Orbital Tracking Station, I have proudly supported the Space Shuttle, Cygnus Cargo, International Space Station (ISS), and the Artemis-1 mission. My experience and knowledge of satellite communications ground station systems have enabled me to readily manage a wide variety of projects. I am passionate about space exploration and look forward to continuing to make a positive contribution to the future of the space industry. In addition to my technical expertise, I also thoroughly enjoy teaching, supporting, and leading Operations teams. I have been a mentor to many over the years, and I am proud to have contributed to the development of the next generation of satcom ground support professionals. I am passionate about education and believe in the importance of sharing knowledge to ensure the continued success of the space exploration industry.I have 24 years of experience working at NASA's Direct to Earth Network (DTE) ground stations, formerly known as the Near Earth Network (NEN), under the Space Exploration Network Services and Evolution (SENSE) contract. I have been a leader in design, development, and integration of multiple antenna system upgrades. I provided operational training for Wallops operations personnel for NASA's Artemis 1 mission. I operate and maintained multiple local and remote antenna systems worldwide. I have expertise in RF/IF telemetry systems, including receivers, combiners, ranging, command, S/X/KA band, VHF, bit/frame synchronizers, digital (IF)/analog recorders, RF/IF matrix switches, modulators, demodulators, programmable telemetry processors, and simulators. I am well-versed in the configuration and operation of spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, network analyzers, power meters, and multimeters. I also perform IT administration tasks, such as system lockdown, vulnerability scans, firewall implementation, operating system installation, and backups using tools such as CommVault, Symantec, Graylog, Splunk, Bigfix, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am proficient in preventative maintenance software and document management.
