• Updating the Business Plan of the hotel.• Keeping and updating the Business Tracker• Taking Minutes of Meeting• Preparing formal contracts for Group Stays + Shop Lease arrangements• Assisting in preparing SOPs and reports for hotel opening.• Maintaining and update the master database.• Tele-call + doing mailers to Corporate and Event Management companies, informing them about the hotel opening and enquiring about their business in the city.• Assisting Director of Sales & Marketing in all routine official work.• General Administration

• Using Revenue Management Tools – Optims Automated RMS• Making revenue flash report (Through Optims)– Forecast (3 Months), Tracking daily room pickup (Segment wise), comparative analysis with past year• Tracking cancelled bookings daily and authorizing charging retention• Luxury Report (Monthly) – Tracking room pickup (Segment wise, Sub-Segment wise, Nationality etc)• Revenue Presentation (Weekly) – Tracking Business on Books, city competition scenarios, making graphs, highlighting growth in %. (This report is used in the weekly revenue meeting attended by General Manager, Revenue Manager, Sales Heads and Reservation Manager)

• Promote the Hotel by Upselling and Suggestive Selling Techniques• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge • Maintain various reports used for Reservation + Revenue Management purpose• Maintain Inter-Departmental Coordination for guest needs• Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions• Monitor occupancy levels for sold out + future dates• Prepare retention sheet if deficiency found in Contracted Vs Actual materialization of groups• Working closely with Revenue Department, on the latest promotional offers and selling them.

• Keep a track of VIP /Celebrity Stays• Take down Minutes of the morning departmental meeting• Updating the Hotel Power-point Presentation• To make Monthly Business Scorecard Report• To make Daily Market Segment Report• To check if the complaints for individual Departments has been updated in CFS.• To keep a track on Site Inspection
