Jason Kelleher offers 30 years of international operations and development experience. He currently serves as the Senior Advisor to FHI 360's CEO. Previously, he was the Director of Business Performance and Operations Management for FHI 360’s 450-person Global Education, Employment and Engagement (G3E) unit. He was a key member of the unit’s senior leadership team, working with 70 projects in 60 countries, four technical departments, and enterprise-level teams on the continual improvement of policies, procedures and systems to increase efficiency, consistency and impact. He has served on numerous FHI 360 working groups and steering committees, including those focused on FHI 360’s job architecture, enterprise systems, business continuity planning, the operating model, and DEI, among others. He also represents FHI 360 to the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network. Previously, he served as the Institute of International Education’s Director of International Operations, as Director of Business Development and Communications for FHI 360’s Global Learning Business Unit, and as a Director of Business Development for FHI 360 and AED. He holds an MA in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University.
