• Successfully retained 12.7% of the enterprise $1B operations budget following an extended period of under execution. Redefined the requirement, execution targets, and performance benchmarks.• Restructured the business department’s newest overseas site with a 31% increase in manpower. Successfully negotiated with external stakeholders to extend trial phase period by 75%.Provides executive oversight of global Air Force Special Operations elements consisting of 19,000 personnel, 271 aircraft, and $17B in assets, including all combat operations.

Managed 1,000+ personnel and $1.8B in assets across 2 locations operating 26 aircraft.• Negotiated with the Government of Japan to increase aircraft fleet by 42% along with $275M in new military construction. Developed strategic messaging to assure the public and ensure all stakeholders’ critical equities were achieved.• Lead USAF negotiator with both New Zealand and Taiwan Air Forces to gain basing access in exchange for aviation training. First USAF commander in Taiwan in decades.• Directed Thailand soccer team cave rescue. Deployed 42-person team within 19 hours saving 13 young soccer players and their coach. The nearly-impossible rescue was internationally acclaimed.Absolute responsibility for Air Force special operations in the Pacific. Managed international government affairs with Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand. Successfully partnered with key militaries to further United States priorities.

• Arranged extensive philanthropic funds from 11 corporations/sponsors including Paddington Investment, Andor Capital, Miller Brewing, Broadfin Capital, OpticaTech, and Morgan Stanley• Chief of Staff to 3 U.S. Ambassadors consulting with 7 former/current National Security Advisors including Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell, 8 cabinet members, and 7 three-/four-star flag officers as well as the Obama and Trump Presidential Administrations.• Published nationally-recognized National Security Council Reform Project publication, "A Foundational Proposal for the Next Administration" during the 2016 presidential election cycle.• Interviewed/compiled over 60 interviews and wrote a 32-page publication that was released to an audience of 140 Washington insiders and later briefed to the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Team subsequently testified to Congress.
