Creating, teaching, and evolving "Variable Frequency Drives, AC/DC Motors, and Commercial Wiring" in the Electronics Engineering Department

 Manage all customer requests and communication from creating quotes to invoicing and delivery of all products, ultimately guarantying full customer satisfaction and retention for the company Promote the variety of product lines represented. Including but not limited to: Yaskawa, Ensto, Trans-coil, Aegis Electro-static, Photocraft Encoders Oversee the Repair Department for ECCI product line by efficiently processing invoices and supervising third party vendors to ensure all repaired items are returned in timely manner Demonstrated initiative by taking classes and conducting research on all seven represented product lines from install to start up to ensure comprehensive support was provided to customers every time Certified as a start-up technician on Yaskawa variable frequency drives. Travel to customer sites to start-up/initialize newly installed equipment Provide technical support over the phone and/or on site for end users having difficulties with their equipment

 Managed, motivated and supported staff to increase sales and promoted excellent customer service to clientele Oversaw product placement within stores to maximize customer exposure that led to a direct increase in sales Coordinated the order and delivery of products to ensure the store was properly stocked
