Key roles included;> Developed discussion guides and research tools including journey, empathy, and time-line maps.> Interviewed 33 hard to reach hospital users and 16 NHS staff. > Designed and co-facilitated workshop for staff that led to new changes on feedback mechanisms. > Qualitative synthesis of interviews for final report through persona’s, insight and journey maps. > Identified and removed pain-points experienced by ‘under-served’ users from insights gathered. -
