Currently Asia-Pacific Head of Credit Advisory in Credit Suisse, managing lending business booked in 5 centres covering 12 Asia-Pacific markets, international wealth business and External Asset Managers. Pioneered credit advisory for South-East Asia in Credit Suisse in Singapore from a one-man show, to leading a 12 person team for Asia-Pacific and achieved a remarkable loan book growth of over 200% in Asia-Pacific. Besides achieving success in revenue performance, also consistently delivered excellent value proposition to the bank in managing lending and deposit costs in a transparent and accountable manner, to ensure efficient return on capital, balancing risk and rewards to maximize shareholders returns. As the First Line of Defense of the bank, possesses strong risk management knowledge that spans beyond credit risk to areas of operational, regulatory, legal and reputation risk, which are critical elements of the private banking business.
