• Jointly make strategic decisions to grow revenue, nurture customer relationships, and maintain market leader position• Work closely with Marketing team in implementing marketing strategies using social media and e-dms. • Teach home brewing and beer tasting workshops to expats and locals

• Coordinate the entire publishing process, which includes editing, cover design, typesetting, printing, marketing and distribution• Ensure proper financial management and statutory reporting• Obtained the license of a foreign book on relationships, translated into Chinese, built a website, placed ads, and sold over HK$100,000 by selling online• Built a mailing list of over 17,000 subscribers and a Facebook page with 900+ organic fans

• Secured over HK$6.6M funding for new projects• Helped organize the major events Paint Can Feed (2015) and Canstruction (2016) • Represented Food Angel to speak about food waste and poverty issues at events• Worked with businesses in fundraising initiatives such as charity wine auction nights and annual dinners • Managed the 24,000-fan Facebook Page

• Managed all aspects of the Carol Singing Festival – the annual flagship event with over 10,000 participants and over HK$4M raised yearly – including planning, budgeting, donations handling, expenses, marketing and promotion, IT system, website, Facebook Page, e-DM, and reporting• Reported to the Executive Director, supervise two colleagues, and work with over 60 venues and 200 volunteers• Assisted the Executive Director in liaison with organizations and donors, as well as drafting of proposals and submissions to the Board• Acted as representative of Publicity and Fund Raising Unit in Board Meetings
