About Jason Nelson

Having had over 10 different jobs throughout college, I had to figure out how to happily provide for my family. Early on I had mixed results in Sales, mostly being just ok when I tried it. From door to door, to call centers, I learned a great deal but wasn't a high performer then.Pressure was mounting, I became a father, and applied for an AE role with fortuitous timing and got the gig. I learned what a Full Sales Cycle truly is and how Sales is so much more than a transaction...it was a lifestyle. This sparked a new way of thinking and I fully embraced my Sales and Revenue career. Time to go ALL IN on Sales, leading me to over 10 promotions, constant leveling up, and landing at some amazing companies along the way.Fast forward and I can look back over the last 15 years of experience with various GTM roles in the Tech/SaaS industry. I've been able to help build and scale numerous B2B tech companies across seed to IPO stages ($4m-$100M+ ARR) surpassing >$10B in Enterprise Value.Having worked with some of the best and brightest revenue leaders, I've been able to establish what the "essentials" are for GTM teams while best setting them up to scale for desired growth stages. My Goal: Help companies achieve maximum productivity levels with minimum wasted efforts or expense.With experience building, scaling, and leading the following teams, I've seen rapid growth and personal team size grow all the way up to 150 employees:(Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Implementation, Pre-Sales/SE, and Rev-Ops)On a personal level, I prioritize my family and doing all we can to cherish experiences and do hard things together. I'm pursuing non-profit work to fulfill needs in our local communities and doing what I can to take my learnings and experiences and hopefully offer others a better path to pursue their passions.
