Led end-to-end implementation for MNCs with 3,000+ headcount strength to Medium-sized companies with 200+ headcount strength over 3 years. • Assessing/Gathering client requirements• Performing system configuration in accordance with client plan designs/specifications• Performing functional testing/troubleshooting on all developed/modified software• Working with end users to perform UAT• Studying and analyzing client workflow and procedures to provide feedback and/or advise on improvements• Working with Engineering team on system–related matters (e.g., trouble-shooting application issues or bugs)• Coordinate with Client Relationship Manager(s) and cross functional teams (e.g. IT, Operations) on all matters relating to client-specific requests, system or process issues, etc.• Assisting in developing user guides by gathering technical information, producing and coordinating contents

• Answer inbound telephone calls from wholesale customers • Respond to and manage emails from customers in Asia Pacific region• Provide support to the Wholesale Sales team including data entry of customer orders into SAP • Responsible for problem solving – to take an enquiry from 1st contact to resolution • Build strong and lasting relationships with the customers and sales reps • Communicate both verbally and in writing • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
