Recently onboarded as a Civil Tech Electrician completing various ground level tasks associated with implementation, upgrading, and decommissioning of equipment at various cell sites throughout NJ, Eastern PA, and Northern DE.

As Executive Vice President I am responsible for presiding over operations, identifying new business leads and revenue streams, ensure company policies and procedures are followed, identify ways to maximize revenue, motivate staff, monitor work and related costs to ensure objectives are met. A core goal of mine is to constantly learn new ways to improve what we do and how we do it.

As Production Manager I am responsible for the general oversight of the manufacturing process for our entire plant. Primary daily activities include ordering raw materials and finished goods from various vendors, managing of the production team’s daily tasks to ensure timely completion of projects, scheduling installations (with personnel, clients and/or subcontractors). Secondary tasks completing regularly, but not daily, include value engineering projects with sales people, conducting site surveys, and completing projects personally (running various computers, printers, plotters, wood working tools, fabrication, field installations, etc.). A core goal of mine is to come up with creative and cost saving methods and materials to come in on time and under budget. An interesting skill I acquired through this position is working with Utility Mark Out providers in NJ, PA, DE, MD, NY, and CT.

As an Account Representative I am responsible for developing new, and maintain existing, client relationships. Daily tasks included field evaluations, product recommendations, proposal preparation, order conversion and some production related tasks. A core goal of mine is to always provide my clients with a quality, value engineered, final product that met or exceeded their expectations. An interesting skill I acquired through this position is being able to read blue prints.

Evening Shift was on duty from approximately 6pm – close (2am) daily. During this time I was responsible for oversight of all areas of the facility including a 36 lane bowling alley, arcade center, 12 table billiard room as well as a full bar and kitchen. Primary duties included ensuring a pleasant guest experience at all times, conflict resolution if this was not the case, managing of various team members to complete assigned tasks for their respective zones, assigning lanes to guests, distributing rental shoes, balls, etc., and assisting guests with setting up their lanes. As a closing manager I was responsible for following a shut-down checklist to make sure all systems were properly closed out, making sure each zone counted down their cash drawers at the end of night, and making sure all necessary lock up conditions were met (machines shut down, lighting, doors locked, alarm set, etc.) I was provided safe access for changing money throughout the course of my shift as well as locking up cash drawers before leaving. A core goal of mine was to always do whatever I could to make sure guests had a memorable experience in our facility and would be sure to come back. An interesting skill I acquired through this position was learning how all these different areas functioned and the software we used to incorporate them all together.
