Accountable for organizing and running the agile processes at BIM, grooming backlog, setting the user stories and guiding the teams towards CI/CD delivery on a bi-weekly basis. Leader in the Product Governance process where I organized and prioritized the Product Roadmap for alignment with BIM’s corporate / customer commitments. Acted as Product Owner often (start up).Merged the concepts of Agile with fixed client commitments and fixed capacity, by nature of being a mature ‘start up’. Established the PMO and defined project process, metrics accountability, and success criteria.Developed and oversaw much of the BIM Client Implementation processes. Developed standard Implementation Guides, Project Plans, Testing Guides.
