I'm a fully-qualified, UK-based journalist with 100wpm shorthand and more than a decade of experience in media and communications. I have experience writing about a whole host of different industries, including aviation, automotive, logistics, transport and technology.I completed my professional training at the Banbury Guardian newspaper in Oxfordshire and graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester, with a BA in History and Journalism. In my current role as Executive Editor of eVTOL Insights, one of the leading news sources in the growing eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) aircraft and urban air mobility markets, I lead and plan the editorial content for the website.I lead and manage a small but dedicated team of writers, ensuring a steady flow of stories every day. I'm responsible for uploading content with SEO to our social media channels and recording and editing short one-minute videos for our YouTube channel. I source key speakers to feature in our popular podcast series and lead a discussion on the audio chat app Clubhouse on the first Thursday of every monthI also plan, co-ordinate and lead eVTOL Insights' industry conferences and networking events. To-date, we have held successful events in London, New York, Singapore, Dubai and Montreal. My industry contribution has allowed me to become a member of the Vertical Flight Society's eVTOL Writers' Group, which moderates key discussions with speakers across the ecosystem. And in January 2021, I was proud to launch the first annual edition of the eVTOL Insights Power Book - a definitive list of the industry's leaders, innovators and influencers.Since then, I have gone on to help co-ordinate, write and publish three additional special reports; CTO Report, Women in eVTOL and Ones to Watch. Each of these are published during the four business quarters of the year.
