Just an HR guy; I think electronic hiring is one of the greatest innovations of the 21st century. OK, not one of the greatest but it might be top 30. I feel the Sharpie Fine-Point 0.3mm pen is superior to all others and encourage you to try it - get out of that Pilot/Ball-Point comfort zone. It might be great, might not work out for you. But take a risk, people can grow. I think intention is equally important as execution in communication and I seek creative ways so the perception aligns. My professional summary is extensive, fun and difficult to categorize. I have much to teach, but much more to learn. I'm a fan of 90's hip-hop and will read other companies Employee Handbooks for admiration and laughter.
