With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Fitness Manager at the Gym & Spa, Hurlston Hall. The site consists key elements - golf, restaurant and events, residential living, spa and leisure. I am committed to enhancing the overall guest and member experience of the Gym & Spa. I enjoy collaborating with other departments on site including Golf, Restaurant and Events and I also organise key suppliers who assist in the delivery of new ideas and maintenance within the facility. Holding responsibility of the fitness department, I lead a team of qualified and professional personal trainers and freelance instructors. I design and implement engaging fitness programs for the members, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in personal training, having worked with a varied portfolio of clients. I have developed and maintained long-term relationships with clients, helping them achieve their fitness and health goals. I have also acquired multiple skills and credentials in the fitness industry, such as Pool Plant, CPR and First Aid, Group Exercise.
