Led a team responsible for the planning and safe execution of the US Marine Corps largest live-fire combined arms exercise – The Integrated Training Exercise (ITX). Responsible for the design and execution of the exercise, safety procedures and program of instruction. ITX provides the venue to train the technical aspects of tactical integration associated with conducting Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations against a near-peer threat in both desert and urban terrain.Board Chair: Created and chaired the command’s Training and Development Working Group, which managed the certification of all the organizations live-fire controllers in order to ensure the delivery of the highest level of instruction and professionalism. Senior Instructor: Led a team that trained approximately 40,000 Marines in combined arms and maneuver thorough classroom instruction and live-fire practical application including the integration of direct fire small arms, medium and heavy weapons, main battle tanks, rockets, mortars, artillery, rotary and fixed-wing aviation.
