My duties require me to assemble medical products in compliance with company operating procedures, and quality standards. I am required to meet rate quotas, and provide all necessary documentation for organizing and inventory purposes. Product Assembly requires specific steps to make sure that all of the devices meet and exceed company standards. Some of these steps include measuring, soldering, proper handling of the products and providing finished products within company quotas. Cook chose me for a summer internship program during the summer of 2011 and 2012. I was hired full-time after the 2nd summer internship. Cook is very serious about being reliable, and having a good attendance record. I know the importance of being at work on time, and being responsible and reliable.

I served as a cook for Dairy Queen about 2 ½ years. My duties required me to prepare a quality product to my customers, consistent with company standards, and in a timely manner. I rotated stock, unloaded supplies from weekly shipments, maintained store equipment, and participated in a clean, efficient and safe work environment.
