Jason Ross is a career coach who has been coaching and mentoring individuals and groups in the federal government, the consulting field, and academia for over 10 years. He is a reliable leader who is passionate about professional development and helping clients realize their potential. Jason's approach to coaching is firmly based in a collaborative process that empowers clients to develop and achieve their goals. Previously, Jason worked as a management consultant for Washington D.C. based firms where he advised several public sector clients on large-scale human capital transformations. Prior to consulting Jason was an officer in the United States Air Force where he specialized in human resource management and rapid force deployments. He holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University in addition to a M.A. in Diplomacy and a B.A. in Political Science both from Norwich University.
