Served in various roles as an Associate Pastor and Executive Pastor, including:- Chief of Staff - staff oversight and development- Oversight of Worship Services and Sunday Morning Ministry Teams- Member of the teaching team- Oversight of Men’s Ministry- Zone Pastor for Lifegroups (small groups)- Producer for Conferences and Churchwide Events- Consulting on multisite campus launches (now independent churches)

- Oversight of ministry development with launch of a campus in Sienna Plantation (18 mos.)- Transitioned into Director of Campus Development, serving as a liaison between the sending campus and the multisite campuses, and working with all ministry departments.- Developing partnership between the campuses- Worship service program alignment- Multisite systems alignment- Synergy - best practices, attention to what is core and what is contextual- Care of multisite staff

- Oversight of music, technical and creative arts staff and teams.- Coordination of brainstorming, planning and execution of weekly worship services, including music, creative and thematic elements.- Collaborated on original material for worship services and communications (songs, videos, set designs, etc.).- Served as minister for funerals and weddings – officiating, music, etc. - Created and facilitated a special service and fellowship meal called NIGHT OF HOPE for those hurting during the holiday season.- Facilitator for marriage class - Crafted and led worship for 4 day church retreat called Catalyst; served as one of the teachers.- Coordinated major concerts with artists like Phil Wickham, Josh Wilson.- Coordinated relational ministry outreach concerts in the park with our music team.- Co-created a highly impactful art-infused Good Friday Experience.
