Hello, I am an experienced Emergency Manager and Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction Specialist with a diverse and vast history working in Public Safety Administration. With 30 progressive years in the United States Air Force, I have dedicated my energy improving Disaster Preparedness plans, Risk Management programs as well as Emergency Response Tactics, Techniques and Procedures across the full spectrum of peacetime & contingency operations throughout the Department of Defense I am driven to continuously improve myself through work, education, friendships, family and community.
