I have managed budgets in excess of $100 Million with up to 450 staff across geographically diverse areas. I have doubled the size of a membership/dealer base and overseen substantial increases in sales and profitability in both public and private organisations. I am experienced in providing advice to Ministers, Directors General, and Boards. I have briefed and provided evidence at Parliamentary Inquiries, Royal Commissions, and Coroners Inquests. I have chaired and was a member of numerous Board and National Committees and was appointed to a number of COAG National Committees. I have extensive policy experience and have managed the development, amendment and implementation of several pieces of legislation. I have many years experience in stakeholder management both nationally and internationally.I am currently the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Explore Industries the umbrella organisation for the following brands Leisure Pools, Imagine Pools, Aviva Pools, Nexus Pools, Integra Pool Covers, Nova Pool Covers and Nationwide Tanks. Explore Industries manufactures and supplies composite swimming pools, pool covers and tanks around the World from factories in Knoxville (Tennessee), Marion (South Carolina), San Antonio (Texas) and Gold Coast (Queensland). Explore Industries supplies thousands of Dealers and Distributors throughout an international network across 30 countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, the Pacific, Europe and Asia.
