I led all of BSA’s major policy projects and oversaw all of BSA’s policy development. I was also responsible for managing the BSA’s Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance Framework including identification and management of all the Authorities risk strategies. I was a member of BSA's Finance Audit and Risk Committee. I also strategically led BSA's Audit team and Project Management Office. I managed BSA's major projects and chaired BSA’s Project Management Committee.The Customer Relations and Communications Department oversaw BSA’s Customer Services channels through the Customer Contact Centre, Communications Department and Research BSA received 180,000 phone calls, emails, and personal counter visits each year. The Communications Department was responsible for all of BSA’s media management including media releases, consumer, and contractor education seminars across the State and official communications with the Ministers Office and other Government Departments. I was also responsible for overseeing BSA's Research and Development team and planned and managed BSA's strategic research agenda. The Building and Construction Industry Payments Agency (“BCIPA”) is responsible for ensuring rapid payment outcomes for contractors and sub-contractors involved in payment disputes.
