I spent a lot of my teenage years bouncing between jobs in order to get as much work experience as possible. They vary from retail, fast food, and multiple manual labor jobs such as carpenter, electrician, and mechanic. This has given me a lot of experience in the field, dealing with people, working in fast-paced environments, and most importantly, seeing all the engineering failures that come with building structures or designing the layout of what goes under the hood of a car. I decided to pursue Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in Aeronautics in order to improve designs that may lead to complications and difficulties for others as I have when I was pulling out a transmission or doing something as simple as an oil change but dealing with an oil filter that was nearly impossible to reach. I believe my extensive hands-on experience can make me a valuable asset to any team I may be apart of.
