During my internship at JFM, I performed a range of responsibilities, including data analysis, utilizing excel and AI tools. client and contractor communication, managing accounting and budgets, composing articulate letters and emails, distributing essential notices,, and administrative support

In this internship, I acted as a digital marketing analyst while undergoing tasks such as search engine optimization, Customer Relationship Management, data analysis, marketing strategy, and e-commerce.

In this simulated internship, I was tasked with creating organic and paid social media content for a retailer in the backpack, luggage, and briefcase industry. My role was to increase brand awareness, promote products, increase sales, and maintain connections with customers. I also learned about the different demographics among social media platforms and how to best reach customers dependent on how they used and interacted with the business.

I started my time at Trader Joe’s as a crew member where I would provide excellent customer service, have in-depth product knowledge, and assist in all aspects of day to day business. After 3 months, I was selected by multiple managers and colleagues to become Section Lead of the 2nd highest grossing department of the store. My duties in this role included, tracking sales data to optimize sales, product promotion, and leading and managing teams, managing and ordering inventory, and extensive product knowledge on current and future items. During my time as Section Lead, my section saw 10%-15% increase in sales year over year. I left this role to pursue my internship with JFM in London.

As a volunteer for my university’s environmentalism club, I participated in community cleanups and maintained public spaces on campus. I was involved in organizing initiatives to teach and spread awareness about environmental issues to students and staff. Through these activities, I developed strong organizational and communication skills, and fostered a sense of community and environmental responsibility.

As a real estate agent, I assisted clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. I developed and executed marketing strategies to promote my services, including running successful open houses. My role involved guiding clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Additionally, I maintained a strong network of contacts and stayed updated on market trends to provide the best possible advice to my clients.

I started as a server at CPK and through providing high quality service, being knowledgeable of products, and becoming a leader within the team I was quickly promoted to bartender. I was ranked 1st overall in sales and 1st in nearly all categories for the vast majority of my time here and set up a routine to open and close the store which I would organize teams to carry out each shift.

In my e-commerce venture, I conducted extensive market research to identify profitable used textbooks for resale on Amazon. I developed and implemented effective marketing strategies to attract buyers, including optimizing product listings and utilizing social media promotions. Additionally, I built and maintained a website for my business, enhancing my online presence and streamlining sales operations. My role involved managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction, which honed my skills in both sales and business management.

I worked as a barista as my first job while in high school. I would work 38 hours a week as the company would not allow me to work anymore than that. I was runner up to winning our partner of the quarter award twice out of the 4 quarters I worked there and became the store's main closer after a couple of months. I often took a leadership role to ensure that we surpassed our expectations and gave our customers a good experience. I turned down a promotion to a management role in order to move to San Antonio in pursuit of my college education.
